The Media Manager is a place where all your images, documents, videos and mp3 files are stored in "Galleries". A gallery is a container that can hold not only images but any file type. These galleries can then be accessed via Live Edit. Once you add a gallery, it will be added to the gallery list.

Click on the title of a gallery to view the files within it.

Creating a gallery & adding files:

Click the configuration icon on each gallery to edit the title, tags or description.

Title is the name of the gallery

Apply Tags allows you to keep your gallery static based on the files within that gallery or you can choose "Use Tags" to create a dynamic gallery based on all the files with the tag you selected.

Add Tags by typing in the name and clicking on the plus sign to add it to the list of existing tags.

For extra control of your files you will see 3 tabs along the top right side of the Gallery Window:

Description Tab: Allows you to give your file a Title, URL link and Description. Title and Description can be used to display captions and other text and URL allows you to give that file a specific URL link to other websites or pages.

Meta Tab:

allows you to give your files specific tags for enabling keyword-based classification and search of information.
